Towards Maqasid al-Shari'ah Based Nursing Ethics

Nursing ethics denotes the moral philosophy in nursing practices or a system of principles governing conduct nurses that are distinguished between morally good and evil right wrong. This adopted much from conventional theories to help figure out what actions Islam plays crucial role providing guidelines on permissibility acceptability practices, especially for Muslim nurses. study conducts qualitative approaches based library research. article discusses concept how it differs Maqasid al-Shari'ah concerning decision-making processes. Both promote benefit prevent harm, but is more comprehensive guiding practices. Then, several applications presented as examples can be used binding principle ethics.
